Ma la vera scoperta sono queste “polverine magiche” di @ama_te_stesso !
Sono polveri impalpabili fatte con frutta, verdura, erbe, disidratate a freddo. Si possono usare in tantissimi modi per aromatizzare torte dolci e salate, pasta o gelati, o qualsiasi cosa vi venga in mente.
Non vedo l’ora di mettermi a sperimentare con Francesca dei nuovi piatti, qualche idea già ce l’ho ma sicuramente a lei ne verranno in mente anche altre…. E voi avete suggerimenti ?
Ho comprato borragine, lavanda, barbabietola rossa, timo limoncino, porro e arancia.

I was in Bologna at the beautiful park Giardini Margherita and I visited the garden show and market, full of flowers and treasures.
But the real discovery were the “magic dust” by @ama_te_stesso !
They are impalpable powders mare with cold-dehidrated vegetables, fruits and herbs.
They can be used in multiple ways to flavour cakes or pies, pasta or icecreams or whatever you can imagine.
I can’t wait to experiment with Francesca new dishes. I already have some ideas but she sure
