Dopo il buio iniziale delle prime lezioni, con mia grande soddisfazione pian piano i ricordi cominciavano ad affiorare ma ho dovuto fingere di sapere meno di quanto in realtà sapessi perché avevo dichiarato alla prof e ai miei compagni di corso di essere assolutamente alle prime armi !
A fine anno la nostra insegnante ci ha regalato come ricordo del corso delle bacchette e stasera, ritrovandole in un cassetto ho deciso di preparare una cena per usarle. Ovviamente ho accompagnato la zuppa con dell’ottimo the verde cinese !

After the initial darkness of the first lessons, with my great satisfaction memories slowly began to surface but I had to pretend to know less than I actually knew because I had declared to the teacher and my classmates to be absolutely novice!
At the end of the year our teacher gave us as a souvenir of the course a pair of chopsticks and tonight, finding them in a drawer I decided to prepare a dinner to use them. Obviously I accompanied the soup with an excellent Chinese green tea !
